Covenant Ways Church uses only the information needed to welcome visitors, respond to enquiries and understand how the website is used.

Information you send us

When you use the enquiry form, we receive your name, contact details, enquiry type and message. The form emails this information to the church team so that we can respond. Please do not include confidential medical, safeguarding or emergency information in the form.

How we use and keep it

We use enquiry information only to reply, provide requested information and carry out relevant church administration or pastoral follow-up. We keep it only for as long as it is needed for those purposes and any legal obligations, then delete it securely.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand anonymous, aggregated page views and improve the website. It does not use third-party cookies and is not used to build advertising profiles. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or message content to analytics.

Sharing and your choices

Enquiries are delivered through our website and email hosting providers. We do not sell your information. You may ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern by emailing hello@covenantways.org.uk.
