Scripture records people who exchanged, neglected or diverted important opportunities through appetite, disobedience and compromise. Their stories warn us to treat calling and character with seriousness.
Destiny is not a reason for fear or comparison. It is an invitation to know God, steward what He has given and follow His direction with faithfulness.
God's mercy also makes restoration possible. When we return to Him in repentance and trust, He can redeem failure and lead us forward in renewed purpose.
